It's not rated, but the facilities, services, and quality are better than 5-star hotels. The hotel is well-designed, with artistic decorations and spaces, especially in the public areas. The rooms are a bit of a letdown compared to the lobby, but the amenities are high-end, with diptyque toiletries and Dyson hair dryers. The Western dinner at the restaurant was amazing, the steak was well-cooked, and the other dishes exceeded expectations.
