By using Marriott points, I stayed in their luxury suite for the cost of 10,000 points and enjoyed the privileges of a Platinum card, including double breakfast and executive lounge access. ❤️ The hotel is in an excellent location, just 20 minutes away from Guangzhou's Haizhu District by taking the Guangfo metro line. Everything suddenly becomes leisurely and pleasant, far from the busy pace of the city. The Foshan Marriott Hotel is located next to the Central Park of Qiandeng Lake, and only 1 kilometer away from the Financial High-tech Zone metro station, making transportation very convenient. Moreover, the spaciousness of the rooms is astonishing; the basic room type is already 50 square meters, which is definitely great value! ❤️ I especially recommend their 58 square meter terrace king room, which is very cost-effective. This room type has an outdoor balcony with excellent lighting, offering a view of the beautiful scenery of Qiandeng Lake Park, as if immersed in the embrace of nature. In the evening, I went to the hotel's fitness center, which is very well-equipped, comparable to a professional gym. However, the sauna and steam room require a half-hour notice to the front desk to start up. In addition, the hotel also has a temperature-controlled swimming pool, with a modern design that completely meets my aesthetic standards. ❤️ Breakfast is the part I am most satisfied with; the hotel offers Chinese morning tea, chicken feet, steamed buns, and other Foshan specialty snacks, which are very authentic. Moreover, their coffee can also be packed to go, which is very convenient. However, breakfast service only lasts until 10 a.m., so if you are someone who can't get up on weekends, you should carefully consider the time. ❤️ Overall, this hotel is very suitable for a weekend trip with family to Guangfo, and also very suitable for friends on business trips. As a central point in Foshan, it facilitates travel to various districts of Foshan. Booking a price of less than 700 to stay in a brand-new Marriott hotel, including breakfast, is already a very good deal.
