Go to Shunde on an empty stomach

Arrived in Shunde on February 12, 2024, visited Qinghui Garden, strolled through Huagai Road Pedestrian Street and Jinbang Street, and hastily toured the long-awaited Shunde. Without going into details, I just ate too much. Shunde, one of the five administrative districts of Foshan, is adjacent to the cities of Guangzhou, Zhongshan, and Jiangmen, and is close to Hong Kong and Macau to the south. It has been economically prosperous, commercially vibrant, and educationally prominent since ancient times. Shunde is one of the birthplaces of Cantonese opera and Cantonese music and is known as the 'Hometown of Chinese Quyi'. Shunde's food culture has a long history and is world-renowned. It was awarded the title of 'Gourmet Capital of the World' by UNESCO and is also known as the 'Hometown of Chinese Chefs'. Shunde has been culturally prosperous since ancient times, producing 3 literary champions, 1 martial champion, 762 scholars in both civil and military studies, and 2397 candidates in the imperial examinations from the Northern Song Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty. It has nurtured outstanding figures such as Li Jian, the Qing Dynasty's master of poetry, calligraphy, and painting, the eccentric painter Su Renshan, as well as Bruce Lee, Lee Shau Kee, Cheng Yu-tung, Lo Tak Shing, Ng Yee Sun, Leung Cheuk Chu, and Margaret Chan. Without further ado, I tried the following: longan fried meat, tangerine peel double-skin milk, chicken droppings vine black sesame paste, dace fish cakes, drank buffalo milk, sugarcane and imperata root water, sugarcane juice, and there was too much food to eat.
