The reception is on the fifth floor, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and decorated in a charming European style. The bed 🛏️ is especially comfortable, with a high-quality mattress that guarantees a good night's sleep. Although there was a slight issue with the bathroom initially, the maintenance staff quickly resolved it. The shower has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable experience. All basic toiletries are provided, and the room is clean and tidy. The window opens to a beautiful view of the Arno River—a truly amazing sight. As for nearby recommendations, the Uffizi Gallery is a must-see, with its countless famous paintings that will leave you captivated. 🏰 The Duomo is also not to be missed; climb to the top for a breathtaking view of Florence.
