Amazing food

The table service was on point and outstanding in every aspect. Clean, measured, unforced dining featuring urbane flavour profiles that were something special. They also have an extensive wine list to choose from. The sirloin was cooked on the rarer side which I prefer but understand that it's not for everyone. The bearnaise that came with the sirloin was stunning - creamy and not too tart. The potatoes were cooked really well, just soft but not to the point of mush, also the sauce on that was spectacular. We also opted for the wine pairing which was matched perfectly and unique. The staff's attentiveness and the restaurant's ambiance added layers of delight to an already fantastic dining experience.
