I couldn’t believe how untouched it seemed, like walking onto a movie set of eighteenth century China! Known as one of China’s most famous ancient villages, definitely add it to the bucket list. Only a two hour trip from Changsha South station, and it’s so easy to buy train tickets in China using the ##trip_app ! No more awkward ques at a ticket window with google translate (aka the last time I was here)!
