The Windy City - Essaouira

If you look down on Essaouira from the sky, you will find that it looks like a pomfret fish head with its mouth open. The beautiful crescent-shaped arc of the fish's mouth is the famous bay for surfing and windsurfing enthusiasts. When the sun is overhead, windsurfers slowly gather here and ride the wind in the milky white waves. The wind here never seems to tire, always blowing, and the surfers in the sea are excited by the tall waves, screaming with excitement. The windsurfing boards shuttle back and forth on the water like flying shuttles, dazzling people. The Windy City - Essaouira! The current city of Essaouira was built in the 18th century. The fortress and city were designed and built by the French slaves of the Moroccan sultan and several other European architects and technicians. In the mid-19th century, the French occupied the area, so the style of the old city became a mix, with the call to prayer from the mosque and the church bells ringing in turn, each in its place, without disturbing each other. Passing through the square in the city, out of the city gate, turn right along the tall light brown city wall to the seaside, the shadow of the palm trees on the wall swaying in the wind like a crazy woman with disheveled hair, and the wild cats have found the best place to sunbathe and doze off, the wind blowing their fur up can't disturb their good mood! Keep your mouth shut and continue to the seaside, your teeth still chattering. When you reach the seaside, turn right again, the wind somehow changes direction, and the sand on the beach is blown into strands, then quickly drawn into the sea as if by some mysterious force. When you reach the vicinity of the Saivelo Arch, the fishermen have already docked and the fish market is full of various fresh fish for sale. Flocks of seagulls gather around the fish market, hoping to get something for nothing. Some fishermen sit on the ground mending fishing nets; some are cleaning fish; some are driving small boats into the inner harbor to dock, there is always something to do! My favorite is the sea of Essaouira, the wind of Essaouira!
