Mongolian Terelj Steppe Cabin Accommodation🇲🇳

[Trip Moment Delivery.🗞️] I'm staying at Terelj Lodge for one night on this trip!!✈️🛏 🛏. Accommodation nameㅣTerelj Mountain Lodge🏡 One of the most memorable places during this trip to Mongolia was Terelj Mountain Lodge. It takes about an hour and a half by car from Ulaanbaatar to get there, and the journey itself to get out of the city and into nature was impressive. The vast grasslands along the road, wild horses grazing freely, and the snow-capped mountains in the distance... Just looking out the window was healing. ✅️ | First impression and check-in When I arrived at the lodge, it was already evening when the sun was starting to set. The traditional wooden exterior and cozy lighting created a warm atmosphere. The staff greeted me warmly, and check-in was very easy. Although I wasn't very good at English, I really liked how they were kind and tried to communicate with smiles.👏 ✅️ | Room Interior The room I stayed in was a lodge-style double room, a European-style room with a slightly traditional feel. The clean bed, soft blanket, and wooden interior made it feel like a winter lodge. What I especially liked was that the heating worked really well! Mongolian nights are quite chilly even in May. The electric heater and fireplace made it warm and cozy. ✅️ | Dining Experience We had dinner at the lodge restaurant, which had a good mix of local and Western food. I ordered Mongolian lamb stew, which was really delicious because it was soft and meaty without any meaty smell. The vegetables and bread that came with it were fresh and warm. Breakfast was served buffet-style, and I was satisfied with the simple but heartfelt composition. I especially remember the sweet bread I had with warm tea~ ✅️ | Nature and Activities The next morning, I woke up early and took a walk around the lodge, and the refreshing air and quiet atmosphere made me feel very peaceful. The snow-capped mountains in the distance, the flowing river, and the horses leisurely grazing were a beauty that could not be captured in a photo!!✌️ ✅️ | Overall Review Terelj Mountain Lodge was not just a simple accommodation, but a healing space with nature. Although I only stayed for a day, I think the impression I got from that day will remain in my memory for a long time.
