Lake Zurich is beautiful; but Lake Lucerne is even more amazing!

You can go to Lucerne Main Station and walk for 5 minutes to Lucerne Bahnhofquai, where boats depart for Lake Lucerne, which usually takes about 1 hour and 90 minutes. The views are great and the water is so calm that you won't get seasick. The boat has two floors, with first-class tickets on the second floor and second-class tickets on the first floor. Recommended to be outside rather than inside, the interior smells a bit like gasoline. It will be difficult to find a good seat if you board the plane late. There is also a Swiss flag at the stern, which is a popular spot for taking photos. However, sometimes there are too many people and it is difficult to take photos. It is recommended to wait until the time to disembark. These boat tours are very popular and most people take the boat to Vitznau, the start of the cogwheel railway to Mount Rigi, or to Fluelen to connect to the Gotthard Panoramic Express. I highly recommend choosing a first class ticket so you can get to the upper decks and there are far fewer people.
