Historical Landmark - Victoria Bridge

A trip to Perak is never complete without a visit to Victoria Bridge located at Enggor, about an hour drive from Ipoh City. This is one of the historical railway landmark at Perak. The bridge was constructed back in year 1897 across the Perak River and completed 3 years later in 1900. The main purpose of the bridge is to boost up the tin mining industry during that era. Beautiful and nostalgic pictures worth taking at this bridge. For more adventure experience, you can take a walk across the river via this bridge to the opposite village, named Kampung Seberang Karai, which is located some 300 metres away. #awesomepic #cuticutimalaysia
