As I walked into the hotel lobby, the fresh air seemed to wash away all my fatigue. The staff's warm service made me feel like a spring breeze. The check-in process was very smooth, and the receptionist patiently answered all my questions, making me look forward to the upcoming trip. The room layout was a pleasant surprise. Each room is themed around crystals, with crystal-clear decorations and furniture that make you feel like you're in a dream world. Whether it's the exquisite breakfast or the special dinner, I can't get enough. The atmosphere in the buffet restaurant made me feel at home, as if I were enjoying this wonderful time with friends. Overall, the Kempinski Palace Engelberg left a deep impression on me. I was very satisfied with the service, environment, food, and activities.
