​Finally arrived at the most famous Samantabhadra Bodhisattva sanctuary described in textbooks—Mount Emei, which has an average of 322 foggy days per year! The overcast weather meant no sunrise, which was a bit disappointing, but the vast rime ice and fog-covered forests on the Golden Summit were incredibly surprising, as if stepping into a dreamy fairy tale world! The temperature was extremely low, and nature’s beauty always carries danger; the ground was icy and slippery, and I was really worried that the icicles hanging from the eaves and tiles might suddenly fall~! ​Samantabhadra Bodhisattva appeared faintly and mysteriously in the drifting fog, exuding an ethereal aura!
