#weekendgetaways Edinburgh is such a beautiful medival experience. The Old Town is the best area for first-time visitors because it has the attractions this historic city is known for: the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle, and the National Museum of Scotland. In terms of location, But there are dozens of other options, and you’ll feel spoilt for choice with so many historic neighbourhoods and cultural hubs. During my visit to Edinburgh, I decided to stick with old town. My hotel was well located and close to the station. The whole area was surrounded hy so much history.
