Attraction name: The Royal Mile Location: Edinburgh, Scotland Edinburgh's Royal Mile is the heart of Scotland's historic capital. A short walk away is the Grassmarket, an area steeped in the city's colourful history. At the top of the street you will come to the famous Edinburgh Castle. On the street itself you will be able to buy some goods such as fudge, scarves, tartan and kilts. You will likely hear some traditional Scottish bagpipes playing too.
