Around Chengdu │ The "Le" in Leshan originally comes from the "Le" in Altay

There is such a beautiful hidden gem near Leshan! It's perfect for a weekend two-day one-night trip for working people—a Sichuan version of Altay (still quite undiscovered (๑>◡<๑) 📍 Heizhugou Malileng Old Scenic Area, Ebian Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Leshan (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡ The Malileng Old Scenic Area is at a low altitude, so no need to worry about altitude sickness. The facilities are quite complete, with plank roads and pavilions throughout, making it an easy walk. It's very suitable for families with children and pets! (⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎) Also, Ebian County town is a real treasure! Compared to staying in the Heizhugou Scenic Area, I highly recommend spending a night in Ebian County town. You can enjoy the river breeze and barbecue by the Dadu River, plus a night hike up Beifeng Mountain to overlook the night view of Ebian and experience the charm of this Yi ethnic minority town (｡•‿•｡) 🚗 Transportation: High-speed trains go directly to Ebian Station, but self-driving is more recommended. It takes 2 hours from Leshan and 3 hours from Chengdu, all on highways and provincial roads with excellent road conditions—perfect for beginners (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧ 📜 Two-day one-night itinerary: (≧◡≦)/ Day 1: Wake up naturally and depart in the morning. Have lunch in Meishan (I recommend Meishan Liao’s Pickled Pepper Rabbit—very fragrant and flavorful!) (๑´ڡ`๑) In the afternoon, explore and eat around Leshan. Stay overnight in Ebian (I recommend Ebian Jinjiang Hotel—super comfortable and surprisingly good for a small county town!) (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ PS: You must try Ebian barbecue! Enjoying barbecue by the Dadu River with the river breeze is so relaxing. After eating, you can go to Beifeng Mountain, the backyard garden of Ebian people, to digest and enjoy the night view of Ebian 🌌 (o˘◡˘o) Day 2: Wake up naturally and head to Heizhugou (about 1 hour from Ebian County town, with great road conditions) (＾▽＾) Heizhugou Scenic Area has two attractions, both accessible by shuttle bus from the visitor center. I only visited Malileng Old Scenic Area, which was beyond imagination beautiful! The vast alpine meadows are so comfortable! The best part is it’s not very weather-dependent. The day I went wasn’t perfectly sunny, but it was still beautiful and not too sunny! (｡♥‿♥｡) It takes about 2 hours to tour the entire Malileng Old Scenic Area. If you have time, you can return to the visitor center and visit the other attraction, Fengchao Rock, which mainly involves hiking. Leave the scenic area around 4 or 5 pm. On the way back, I recommend trying Ebian Xinchang beef—the beef is very solid and the broth is very flavorful! (っ´▽`)っ
