The University of Colorado treated us for dinner at this posh restaurant. Situated at the Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai's Financial District, Mina Brasserie – helmed by acclaimed Chef Michael Mina – is a lively and modern space featuring an indoor-outdoor dining experience. Bringing the dynamics of adored European brasseries to Dubai, the all-day dining concept is reflected in our design, from the pastel-hued colour palette to custom furniture and fixtures, the elegant yet informal space allows for private dinners and larger groups.
