Dubai Creek Tower is a supported observation tower under construction located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at a preliminary cost of AED 3.67 billion, and it was expected to be completed in 2025, is a part of the Dubai government's strategy to maintain the flow of foreign cash into the emirates. In May 2013, the government of Dubai launched the Dubai Tourism Strategy 2020, with the key objective to attract 20 million visitors a year by 2020 and making Dubai a first choice destination for international leisure travellers as well as business travellers.
