#londontrip During my summer trip, I had the chance to visit Down House, the home of Charles Darwin, located in the charming village of Downe, just outside London. The entrance fee was £11.50, and it was worth every penny! 🌿🏠 Stepping into the house, it felt like stepping back in time. The rooms are beautifully preserved, and you can see Darwin's study where he wrote "On the Origin of Species." It's fascinating to walk through his personal space and get a glimpse of his daily life. 📚🔬 The garden was a highlight for me. It's lush and well-maintained, and knowing that Darwin himself conducted many of his experiments here made it even more special.
