Strolling along the coastal boardwalk, the golden sand, azure waters, and gentle sea breeze transport you to a paradise on earth. Here, you can marvel at the wonders of nature and experience the unique charm of Dongshan Island. 🏛️ Dongshan Guandi Temple As one of the four major Guandi Temples in China, Dongshan Guandi Temple carries a rich cultural heritage. Stepping into the temple, you'll be captivated by its ancient and elegant atmosphere. The temple's exquisite porcelain mosaic carvings are incredibly lifelike, leaving you in awe of the wisdom and craftsmanship of the ancients. 🚢 Dongmen Islet After descending from the coastal boardwalk, you can choose to take a boat to Dongmen Islet. Here, you'll find the lowest-altitude temple in the country. From the Wenfeng Pagoda, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the vastness and mystery of the ocean. 🌈 Caidie Bay This is a place brimming with dopamine colors and dreamscapes. The orange train on the rainbow road, the romance in the sea breeze, the thrill of aerial drifting… every experience will leave you wanting more. Take a boat trip out to sea, get up close and personal with seagulls, and feel the vastness and freedom of the ocean. 🍽️ Dongshan Cuisine A trip to Dongshan Island wouldn't be complete without indulging in the local cuisine. I highly recommend the restaurant at Huafu Hotel! It offers a wide variety of fresh seafood and authentic Minnan dishes. The Four Fruit Soup from Xiao Xifu Sweet Soup and Tang Duoduo Drinks and Snacks truly captured my heart! The rich ingredients combined with shaved ice offer a refreshing and sweet treat during the summer heat. The free sea breeze, the azure waters, the tempting cuisine… from experience to sight to taste, everything was incredibly satisfying!!
