NO FLOUR, THE BEST FISH MONOK RESTAURANT "Mukho Fish Cake"

This is "Mukho Fish Cake" located right next to the Okine Kalguksu restaurant that I posted earlier. The best thing about this restaurant is that it does not use flour, gluten, leavening agents, or egg whites.
