It is also close to 2 major shopping areas: Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. Since it is our last day in Istanbul... prepare to waste all your TL money!!! 🛒🛍🤑 The mosque we visited is called "Suleymaniye" ☪️🙏🏻 It is beautiful but looks quieter than the Sultan Ahmed Mosque or the Blue Mosque that we went to on the first day... Looking down from the mosque balcony, we will see a beautiful view of the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn as far as the eye can see. Especially if you come at 6 pm to watch the sunset 🌅🕊🤲, watch the seagulls and listen to the prayers, it must feel quite magical… This mosque is outstanding in that it has a dome as high as “47 meters”, built as a tribute to Sultan Suleiman 🕋📚👩🏻‍⚕️🩺 Inside, there are religious schools, hospitals, libraries, caravan shelters and the tombs of Sultan Suleiman and his wife.
