Gusaiku Eatery & Cafe

#earthdayjourney /Bánh mì ca dé/ This is a traditional Chinese dish that I had the opportunity to experience in Singapore. It's simply a grilled sandwich with ca dé jam and dipped in runny eggs, but it's very much to my taste. Especially the act of pouring a little black coffee on the eggs to add a little bitterness to the richness and sweetness of the eggs and jam. Back in Saigon, I tried google but couldn't find any shop selling this dish. Luckily, when I posted it on the top search, a friend showed me the small and pretty Gusaiku Eatery & Café in an alley in District 1. 66 branches for a glass of black iced coffee with no sugar and a portion of Kaya Toast.
