A resort with both swimming pool and beach access

The Westin hotel and resort is located on the coast of Desaru in Malaysia. It is a short ferry ride away from Singapore and has very nice beaches. This resort in particular has easy beach access but if you prefer to hang out by the pool, they also have a huge one in the centre of the property! The reception staff were very helpful and the rooms here are comfortable. It can be a little pricey though.
