The staff are very professional and there’s no communication problem in English. The foods are excellent in terms of variety and quality. I really enjoyed the food in this place. Pet is also allowed although there will be a 200rmb extra charge for pet cleaning and there are outstanding trekking courses around the hotel. an excellent place for a nice and quiet family weekend trip.
