Moganshan, as one of Shanghai's back gardens, I can't believe it's my first time going there! After staying enough in Moganshan, here is a serious complaint guide: 1⃣️ Moganshan is huge, and the area on the mountain that requires a ticket is full of Republic of China style villas, a bit like Gulangyu; there is also the sword pool of Gan Jiang and Mo Ye. 2⃣️ Down the mountain, in the area where you don't need to buy a scenic area ticket, there is Yangjiale, with more internet-famous homestays. 3⃣️ Yucun is the distribution center for small scenic spots in Moganshan, with Republic of China style streets, cafes, bars, and restaurants concentrated there, located at the foot of the mountain, outside the scenic area. 4⃣️ If you don't stay inside the scenic area, you can go to Yulin Dam, Biwulong Pool, Equestrian Club, Extreme Theme Park, etc., which offer a rich variety of activities and a relaxed itinerary suitable for most young people 5⃣️ If you stay in a homestay or hotel in the scenic area, you need to report your license plate number in advance to enter (taxis also report the license plate to the hotel). If you stay in a hotel in the scenic area and report your license plate in advance, you can get free admission to the scenic area! 6⃣️ There are shuttle buses in the scenic area, 15 yuan/person, which take you around the Moganshan scenic area. You can get on and off at each station, suitable for friends who go there for the first time 7⃣️ To leave the scenic area, you can take the bus down the mountain, 18 yuan/person. The next bus stop is at Yucun distribution center, where you can take a taxi again. 8⃣️ If you stay in the scenic area, be sure to stay near Yinyan Street, where dining is concentrated, it's convenient to take the scenic area bus, and driving is flexible. 9⃣️ Two-day and one-night stay in the scenic area arrangement: D1, check into the hotel and play ➡️ Sword Pool scenic spot, have dinner at the hotel D2, take the scenic area bus to tour the scenic area, recommended: Mao Zedong's former residence, Chiang Kai-shek's former residence, the Cathedral (don't go to the Dakeng scenic spot, there's not much to see, and it takes 2 hours to walk back and forth!!), have lunch at Goldfish Mom. Take the bus down the mountain. The hotel's own restaurant is very delicious, and the back door is very close to the Sword Pool. Friends who don't drive like me must find a hotel or homestay in this location! ⚠️ You can also take a taxi down the mountain in the scenic area, but after the taxi is reported, it can only enter from the south gate of the scenic area, and many drivers don't know the way and take detours, waiting an hour is normal! ⚠️ Even in Yucun, there is a serious issue of taxi drivers asking for extra money after they arrive, I used a ride-hailing service, and the driver asked for an additional +10+30 upon arrival ⚠️ The busiest Yucun is also very small, you can finish walking around in 10 minutes. ⚠️ Restaurant: Goldfish Mom, there are branches inside and outside the scenic area, and the prices are really not cheap!! Coffee shop Xiao Jing Bar recommendation: Yunshen Buzhichu, the coffee is good, the cocktails are okay, and the environment is nice. ⚠️ I stayed in several homestays in Moganshan with an average cost of 500+ per person, and the cooking was very delicious!! You can look at the kind of homestay that includes a dining package, it's more cost-effective ⚠️ The best way to visit Moganshan is to spend three days and two nights, one day for the mountain top scenic area, and one day for the mountain foot scenic area. If you only have two days and one night, just choose one to play Above, playing Moganshan without self-driving, rush for the National Day!
