I STOPPED BY RUMU COFFEE, WHICH HAS A JAPANESE INSPIRED CONCEPT

I stopped by Rumu Coffee, which has a Japanese-inspired concept. The place is divided into indoor and spacious outdoor seating areas, with a cozy atmosphere indoors despite fewer tables. There's ample parking available in the front since it's in a residential area, making the ambiance pleasant and peaceful. What I liked here is that they were ready before opening time yes, as usual, I'm always too early. The baristas are friendly and great to chat with about coffee. I also loved the playlist; it's important to me to feel comfortable. They offer a wide variety of drinks, both coffee and non-coffee. All their coffees use arabica beans, except for their palm sugar milk coffee, which uses full robusta. I tried several, including a V60 manual brew with Elgeha Simadu beans from Janjian Coffee, palm sugar milk iced coffee, latte, and Rumu latte brulee. They all agreed with my stomach, and taste-wise, they were perfect for me. For food, they have light bites and main courses. They serve a trendy croffle with ice cream, where you can choose caramel, chocolate, or white chocolate sauce. There's also a "Shareit" dish designed for sharing with friends, including french fries, sausage, and popcorn chicken. Additionally, they offer a take-away rice bowl with salted squid, which has a generous portion and includes a sunny-side up egg.
