Deliciously spicy Shaolin Mala, just the way I like it!

After finishing my stormy work from home with my wife, I went out to eat out right away in a happy mood. I've always been looking at the newly opened mala-tang restaurant, and finally, I'm going to eat out :) ​ It's newly opened, so the exterior is also new. The red neon sign of Shaolin Mara shines even brighter in the early evening. It's a popular mala restaurant for food, but it's also a good place to drink because it has a pub where you can enjoy alcohol such as soju, beer, and high-quality liquor. Jichuk Station is largely divided into the front (Purzio direction) and the back (villa complex). Shaolin Mara is about 3 minutes away from the villa complex. The officetel and villa are still under construction, so there aren't many stores open yet. So the bright red Shaolin Mara sign seemed particularly noticeable. It was comfortable thanks to the spacious space. It was a Thursday evening before 7pm, but the place looked empty here and there, but delivery orders were coming in steadily.. I remember it being crowded on Fridays and weekends. Rose Mara Xiang Guo, generously stir-fried. The color wasn't light enough to be called rose? but it was a bit softer and milder than the completely spicy and stimulating Mara Xiang Guo sauce. In the case of the coriander, you could choose whether to stir-fry the coriander together or put it on top of the stir-fried Mara Xiang Guo, but I chose to put it on top of the crispy one, depending on my preference. #HotPlace
