Introduction - India is a vast country with varieties of delicacies in every nook and corner of the country. The foods of India are famous all over the world for their taste and uniqueness. Here are some very famous foods of India which I am gonna describe in brief - 1. Gujiya- a sweet deep-fried dumpling, native to the Indian subcontinent, made with suji (semolina) or maida (all purpose flour) stuffed with a mixture of sweetened khoa (milk solids; also called mawa) and dried fruits, and fried in ghee. One of the most famous sweet dishes in indian occasions. 2. Moong daal halwa - It is another infamous sweet dish prepared with lentils( a kind of cereal) by grinding it and frying with ghee, nuts and various other items which makes it one of a kind. 3.
