But maybe this is just a phase, and Dazhou will surely shine again in the future. 🌟Food discovery I love the snack shop on the first floor of the old house in the alley😍. There are Sichuan-style delicacies such as spicy skewers, cold jelly noodles, cold noodles, sour and spicy noodles, and rice with toppings. The shop is cool and pleasant, the owner is very efficient in calculating and collecting money, and the aunts are also very quick in preparing seasonings and cleaning dishes. However, the few hotpot restaurants, fatty intestine chicken and barbecue restaurants I tried were relatively average, only the thin-sliced konjac and crispy wood ear were worth mentioning. But the snack street at the entrance of Wenli College is really good! Also, I've always wanted to find the taste of cold noodles from my childhood, the cold noodles in my memory are incredibly smooth, the rapeseed oil is fragrant, the spicy and numbing flavors are not greasy, and bean sprouts are enough as a side dish.
