Address: 4 Chome-7-1 Saifu, Dazaifu, Fukuoka 818-0117, Japan This Shrine was said to be built to honour and dedicate to the God of learning and you be able to see the background story of the Shrine which dates back at least more than 1000AD ago. Apart from the Shrine, nearby there are also alot of traditional snack shops and souvenir shop where most tourists will flock to after the walk in the Shrine. Oh also, if you are a Starbucks fan, there is this cool looking Starbucks located near the Shrine. It was so crowded so we decided not to go inside but took a photo of the Starbucks design from the outside instead.
