Dazaifu Shrine | Fukuoka

⛩️Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine in Fukuoka is an old Shinto shrine built to worship Sugawara no Michizane, the god of learning and wisdom. Therefore, it is suitable for praying for studies, education, exam success, and wisdom. It is said that during exam season, there are long lines of people coming to pray at this shrine. This shrine has beautiful architecture and a beautiful plum garden, especially in spring when the plum blossoms are in full bloom. After praying at the shrine, it is recommended to take a walk on the street in front. There are many shops and sweet shops to choose from. It is convenient to get there by taking the train from Hakata Station, transferring to the Nishitetsu Line, and getting off at Dazaifu Station, then walking into the shrine.
