One-Day Trip to Anren Ancient Town, 1 Hour from Chengdu - Follow My Guide

🔴As a Chengdu local, I've visited Anren Ancient Town countless times and never get tired of it. 🚗I recommend driving there - it's the most convenient way and takes only about 1 hour 1⃣If this is your first visit to Anren Ancient Town, I suggest following my itinerary. 🌟One-Day Route🌟 ➡First, go to the northwest corner of the ancient town to check out the Dyed Cloth Canopy🌊 ➡Start your tour of the mansion-lined old streets from the dyed cloth area - many Republic-era courtyards make for great photo spots📷 You can even rent period costumes ➡Both the Jianchuan Museum and Liu Family Manor Museum require tickets🎫 - visit both if you have enough time ➡Anhuili across from the Liu Family Manor is also worth exploring ➡Next, visit the town's landmark clock tower and 🚃streetcar ➡Stay overnight at Nanmei Village Dayi Creek Alanruo Resort on the south bank This resort hotel has its own restaurant serving both Chinese and Western cuisine, and everything tastes great. I particularly love the black pepper tuna at the Western restaurant - highly recommended! The roasted lamb chops are also delicious with no gamey taste at all! 😄My family stays here every time we visit Anren Ancient Town. It feels like we come to Anren just for this hotel and explore the town while we're at it. From mid-April, their garden is filled with blooming irises - having afternoon tea in the garden is incredibly comfortable and relaxing.
