Daocheng Yading: A Pure Land

Located in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, Daocheng Yading is known as the "Soul of Shangri-La" and the "last pure land on the blue planet." The waters of Five-color Lake shimmer with a kaleidoscope of colors under the refracted light, captivating all who behold it. The lush Chonggu Meadow, where cattle and horses graze leisurely, creates a picturesque scene against the backdrop of the distant snow-capped mountains. Here, the soul feels cleansed, the hustle and bustle of the world fades away, leaving only awe and reverence for the magical creations of nature.
