The most beautiful Myeongokheon Forest during the maple tree season 🍁🌳

One of the most beautiful gardens in the bamboo forest season! It's so pretty and there aren't many people around, so it's a great place to add to your travel itinerary when visiting Damyang. Myeongokheon Garden was where Oh Hee-do, a scholar from the mid-Joseon period, lived in harmony with nature. His son, Oh Yi-jeong, built Myeongokheon and created a beautiful garden by digging square ponds in front of and behind the building and planting flower trees around them. 📍 Myeongokheon Garden, Husan-gil 103, Goseo-myeon, Damyang-gun, Jeollanam-do 📎 No tourist vehicles allowed in the village.
