If you want to try all of Dalian's local specialties in one place, I recommend the Hyatt Regency restaurant. The buffet includes local Dalian food as well as some Japanese and Korean specialties. The seafood is especially fresh, as you'd expect from a place famous for its seafood. 🏨Hotel environment: Although the hotel opened in 2014, the decor is still stylish.
