Staff proactively help carry luggage upstairs, and even if you just go to the parking lot to get something, they will kindly escort you. Every day you’re greeted warmly, with special care for kids traveling with you, and they proactively share sunrise and sunset times and recommend local hidden gem restaurants. These everyday beauties make “staying here” itself the most healing part of a trip to Dali.
