Upon my first glimpse of Erhai, the crystal-clear lake surface struck my eyes. The sky and clouds danced together, and the lake water rippled with the gentle breeze, like countless tiny diamonds scattered across the surface. Sunrise at Erhai is a visual spectacle not to be missed. Before dawn, I arrived at the lakeside to wait. A glimmer of light appeared on the horizon, gradually transforming from a fish-belly white to orange-red. The sun, like a shy maiden, slowly peeked out from the end of Erhai.
