After a month, when I was about to leave, I became friends with the people here. The boss is from Kunming, low-key and elegant, often inviting guests to drink his tea for free, which costs CNY 298 per pot, without any hesitation. Xiao Chen is the head chef of Western cuisine. He likes skateboarding and is very serious about cooking. Wagyu fried rice, spaghetti bolognese, pumpkin soup, and fruit and vegetable salad are all signature dishes. Brother Jie and Xiulan are usually the busiest. Brother Jie keeps all the big and small things in the store in mind and takes them on his shoulders. If a guest has a minor illness or pain, Xiulan will help get medicine, roast meat, and sweet potatoes. Xiao Nan is the quietest and the most talented in the store. She plays guitar, paints, and walks her dog barefoot by the sea, making me feel that she is the closest to nature and the most harmonious girl in Dali. There is also a cute pet in the store, a golden retriever named Shunshun, over 2 years old, naughty and gentle, quiet and friendly, who loves to jump into the sea to catch wild ducks, making people laugh. I'm about to leave, and I think I will miss the sun in Dali and remember the wind of missing brought to me by Shaigu by Erhai Lake.
