Dali Xiahewan Wetland

Dali City Haidong Town Xiahewan Wetland has been renovated for a year and is close to being open to the public. The muddy beach has been transformed into a stone embankment, with gravel paths and wood-plastic walkways built, and green grass flourishing beside the paths under the trees. Near dusk, looking west across Erhai Lake towards the towering Cangshan Mountain, the twilight is vast and sometimes you can see light waterfalls or colorful clouds, and sometimes you can see thick clouds rolling. The triangular-shaped Shanhaiwan Hotel on the south side takes full advantage of the location. The Bai ethnic residences and buildings on the hillside of Xiahe Village on the north shore of Erhai Lake are scattered and orderly, offering food and accommodation. The Lanchuan Tower on the mountain top to the east, overlooking the area, is now a paid photo spot. Xiahewan Wetland is a great place for daily leisure and a popular spot for hurried tourists to escape the hustle and bustle and relax. The project will be completed soon and officially open.
