Cai Village is located on the east side of the ancient city of Dali in Dali Town, Dali City, Yunnan Province, on the west bank of Erhai Lake, with more than 3 kilometers of coastline under its jurisdiction. The total population of the village is more than 7,100, with a cultivated area of 3,250 mu. The Bai people living here have been fishing for generations. Cai Village is adjacent to Erhai Lake, and one side has been transformed into Erhai Wetland Park by the government. The Cai Village Scenic Area mainly relies on the Erhai Wetland Park.
