It is where Uam Song Si-yeol, a great Confucian scholar of the late Joseon Dynasty, studied. It is a place to honor and commemorate Uam's noble spirit, where he studied with many disciples and devised a northern expedition plan to wash away the humiliation of the Byeongjahoran. It is located in a relatively high place, so you can look down on downtown Daejeon and it is a good place to walk along the trail.
