When people traveled to Daejeon, one of the must-do list items is to visit Seongsimdang, the most famous bakery in Korea. Originally a bakery, this shop transformed into a cake boutique after relocating to a bigger space due to overwhelming customer response. Looking at the variety of confectioneries, you really have the urge to sweep them all. There are lots of varieties of cakes, tarts, and cookies, and they launched their famous Christmas products: their strawberry cakes and Stollens. We purchased several tarts and cookies, and they tasted so nice, and you can taste the richness of ingredients in them, truly a top-notch bakery.
