#newyearadventure Da Nang may be known for its rich history and beautiful beaches, but like most Southeast Asian destinations, you cannot miss out on the night markets! Located in Da Nang's central Hai Chau district, Helio Night Market (Cho Dem Helio - right in front of Helio Center) is enormous, and not known by many tourists! It has 4 zones: Diverse Food, Seafood, BBQ & Beer, and Special Shopping. The standout was definitely the stage, with a large space for audience to sit, eat, and be entertained. This #yearofrabbit , the night market was filled with excited for the approaching lunar new year, with festive decorations, music, and performances. I highly recommend trying the Vietnamese Springrolls and Da Lat Crispy Pancakes! The grilled oysters (5 for VND100.000 sell out fast, so be there early. Helio Center (a huge kids' entertainment mall) is just behind, so this is suitable for families. Helio Night Market definitely shouldn't be missed when in Da Nang! Tips for visiting Cho Dem Helio: 1. Motorbike parking is VND3.000 2. Come at sunset and grab a table at the stage early! 3. Grilled oysters are a MUST try 4.
