Dong Dinh Art Museum

#danangtrip After a long walk around the Linh Pagoda on the mountain, our driver drove us part way down the mountainside and stopped near a gate where a guy was selling tickets. Our nephew purchased tickets for our group and led the way up a rocky, unpacked mountain path. Soon we realised that this was a historical site of mountain dwellers who kept to themselves, pillaged the forest and surroundings, built their own houses and lived a rather free lifestyle with no one to bother them. Lovely brooks running through the few houses which remain, bicycles, earthenware, some clothing, precious to the dwellers - preserved for history. Worth a good walk around if you are interested in history.
