A lucky find at Bep Hen Restaurant

Bep Hen means 'lucky' in Vietnamese, and we are are in luck to come across this quaint place, serving traditional Vietnamese food. My favourite dishes were the "Eggplant fried in soy sauce stuffed with minced pork", "Fried Chicken with spicy fish sauce" and "Stuffed Tomato with minced pork". The seasoning is executed well, giving a deliciously complex flavour. The chicken served is more towards the bony side, which could be due to their poultry source. Friendly servers, especially Duy who gave good recommendations from "Favorite dishes cooked by Mom" section Good place to come by for a weekend dinner before taking a stroll to the Dragon Bridge.
