Autumn in a Plate

Restaurant Geranium in Copenhagen is expressing Autumn in its own unique way, in a plate. So thrilled that Geranium was just named the world’s best restaurant for 2022. And it got 3 Michelin stars before Noma did. Here I am fighting jet lag in the 10pm sunlight the day before our Madonna concert in Copenhagen, held in the same building. The staff took us through the kitchen and showed us the concert stage being built. We’ll never forget the lamb dish that came among 24 courses, because it came in a teapot! We could not stop laughing. But of course, the meal was just a prelude to the main event the next day, which we biked to! What a memory. #fallingforfall
