Frederiksborg Castle

#europetrip The place is amazing, magnificent, with a nice, peaceful walk around the castle and the gardens. But there is a bug negative for us. Even though they have an audio guide and an app, there is so little history told in these guides. All they talk about are various personalities from Denmark and their paintings, whereas they should talk more about the great history of Denmark and of the castle. The rooms are a bit empty, filled with paintings mostly. Feels a bit like gallery.
