Coorong National Park

#australiatrip I drove from Strathalbyn to Robe and took in the sites of the Coorong NP by taking the Loop Road (pot holed and corrugated, recommend sticking to the 40ks limit) with a stop to do the nature walk. Very beautiful with changing colours in the water. I also took the Old Coorong Rd which was better maintained. It’s really beautiful and worth while driving to enjoy what you can see rather than speeding through it especially as I saw many lizards, a snake, an echidna and a wallaby all crossing the road and would hate to be responsible for taking them out! Take your time and enjoy - you might even see Mr Percival.
