Food, city and countryside in Kaili

Kaili (凱里) is a city in Guizhou province and quite booming, so not everything is beautiful there. But still it is the center of a scenic region with many colorful ethnic minorities in villages nearby, so for me it has all three: Citylife, great food and a stunning countryside. What to do there? ⭐ Guizhou food and Kaili specials, Tofu BBQ, Sour fish pot, SiWaWa... ⭐ Miao villages, there are quite touristy ones (Xijiang for example) and also small ones without tourists. ⭐ Karst mountains, where you can hike in the valleys 🚄✈️ Kaili is accessible by train and bus.
