Some menus we may not be familiar with, but I assure you that it is definitely delicious. The menu that we ordered is 👉 River shrimp, the shop's signature menu. We ordered 400 grams per shrimp. The shop grilled it just right. The fat on the shrimp head was very juicy. The shrimp meat was firm and bouncy. Fresh, full bites, dipped with seafood sauce, it goes together perfectly. 👉 Kaeng Ranjuan Beef, a rare royal recipe, rich flavor, soft meat, spicy and sour, easy to sip, cuts through the richness well. 👉 Fried sea bass miang, crispy fried boneless fish, cut into bite-sized pieces, served with side dishes and sauce. This dish is just as delicious. 👉 Fried pork crackling rice, this menu is hard to find. The restaurant uses perfectly fried jasmine rice. The rice grains are beautifully arranged. Served with pork rinds and fish sauce with chili. 👉 Fresh shrimp eggplant salad The taste of the salad dressing is sour, followed by spicy, but the eggplant aroma is very fragrant. This dish is the best. 👉 Fried pork belly with chili and salt The pork belly is very well fried, crispy but still juicy to chew.
